Peach Pepper Chicken


Tangy, with just a touch of sweet and spicy made this some great chicken! This was a new one we tried this week on drumsticks as my kids LOVE them and they are easy and inexpensive! You can use any chicken pieces and this mixture would work on pork as well. If you give it a try please let me know!

I jar JK peach pepper jelly

1/2 cup Worcestershire

2 T ketchup

2 T olive oil

5 cloves minced garlic

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp pepper

Chicken ( can baste up to 4-5 lbs easily)

Stir all over low heat until mixed well. Pour over chicken in a Pyrex style dish with sides. Bake 60 minutes @ 375

OR... You can marinate the chicken in 1/2 the mixture and grill it, basting occasionally with remaining mixture.
