Manchurian Spicy Beef Noodles

Used @fromjenniferskitchen Hot Confetti pepper jelly to make some yummy manchurian spicy beef noodles.
Recipe: thinly sliced tritip, seasoned with salt and pepper. Added an egg white, mixed well. Dredged in cornstarch. Fried till crispy.
Sauce: 4 cloves of garlic, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, crush the garlic and fry lightly in oil. Add 2 heaping spoons each, Jennifer's kitchen pepper jelly and hoisin sauce. Let melt with garlic. Mix with fried beef. Pour over your favorite noodles. Yum!
