Gooey mozzarella, sweet and spicy strawberry pepper jelly with my favorite toppings of basil and aged balsamic?!?! ALL THE YESSES! Seriously - this appetizer is my OBSESSION! You will not regret making these delish little bites! If you are short on time - just slice the mozzarella and skip the extra step of the oil & cream mix in if need be but t's worth it if you can for that little extra oompfh! And get the good mozzarella sold in whole "balls" - trust me on this, you will never want shredded mozz again. If you can't find it look near the deli in your market in the gourmet cheese section.
