This clever recipe was devised by @Susanreedy29 on IG and I just love it! She made a grilled cheese with these yummy onions and I topped a burger with them! Simply take one large onion, slice and saute in olive oil, salt & pepper. When the onion has softened (about 6 minutes on medium) add 2 generous teaspoons of Hot Confetti Pepper Jelly & 2 T Water. Continue cooking for several minutes to melt the jelly and brown the onions a bit. Enjoy!
